Mozza Bella’s menu is the result of generations of recipes, honored and perfected over time. Chef Patrizio Alaia serves his mom’s secret meatball recipe, a traditional Naples version of Pasta Frita and, perhaps most notably, the much-loved Italian-style brick oven pizza. Made to Order Pizzas
Cooked for just 90 seconds in a super-hot pizza oven, each pie emerges with a thin, perfectly blistered crust with simple, bubbling toppings. Choose one of Chef Patrizio’s favorite combinations such as simple Margherita, spicy Diavoletta or decadent Bianca, or build your own from our selection of quality toppings.
Imported & Locally Sourced Ingredients
Our dishes are made with imported ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, “00” flour and buffalo mozzarella, sourced from Italy, as well as fresh ingredients such as Georgia wild shrimp and locally grown basil.
